    Comstock is currently seeking an Asset Manager for our Asset Management team. S/he will build and maintain strong departmental & tenant relationships and support the timely and accurate production of reports.  In addition, s/he will analyze and project the financial performance of the various property entities, deals, projects, and perform comparisons to establish objectives and targets. This individual will be responsible for the roll up of various departmental performance objectives.

    • Prepare, analyze and develop financial reports for planning, forecasting, trending and variance analysis to actual results on business performance
    • Perform business, financial and operational analysis to impact results and support senior level decision-making
    • Perform analysis of properties’ profit and loss statements to enhance quality of management decision making by identifying drivers of performance and opportunities for performance improvement
    • Provide data regarding achievement of financial objectives and analyze business issues and opportunities
    • Create and manage deal flow for leases and contracts
    • Manage budgets
    • Interface with senior management personnel
    • Prepare weekly/monthly commentary, key company initiatives, business results and analysis for senior management
    • Support annual and long range strategic planning process at the property level
    • Perform special projects and analysis as directed
    • Prepare complex business scenario models
    • Assist Financial Analyst development through knowledge transfer, skills training and other support as required
    • All other duties as assigned


    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or mathematics required
    • A minimum of 5 years of financial analysis experience in real estate
    • Advanced PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel and Argus
    • Experience working with Yardi preferred
    • Demonstrated experience preparing and analyzing financial reports
    • Strong analytical Skills
    • Must be highly credible and trustworthy, and operate with high degree of integrity

    • Self-directed and able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and exhibit the ability to provide quantitative analysis to the Asset Management team and develop strong relationships with all shareholders
