    Comstock is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Development Manager that will support the Development Director on Reston Station.     • Maintain tracking logs and assist Director in resolving project issues during all phases of the development process
    • Manage project budgets and invoice tracking
    • Maintain project schedule reporting
    • Assemble contract documentation for the project including budget, timetables, drawings, specifications and invoices
    • Assist in other development-related administrative tasks including meeting minutes, status reports, and file maintenance
    • Prepare project reports, as required
    • Complete project specific assignments (e.g., obtaining bids, coordinating permits)
    • Assist with project meeting coordination amongst the Owner’s project consultants
    • Perform other duties as assigned


    • Bachelor’s degree required in business or business-related field; real estate preferred
    • Minimum of at least 3 years of real estate experience
    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook
    • Must be highly credible and trustworthy
    • Must operate with a high degree of integrity
    • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with minimal supervision, in an entrepreneurial work environment
    • Ability to work well in a team, establishing good working relationships with peers, vendors, etc.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
    • Ability to think quickly and proactively respond to changing priorities
    • Well-organized with a strong attention to detail
