    Our rapidly growing company is looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to market and sell our services to new and existing clients for the achievement of revenue goals. This position will service the DE/MD/VA area. Candidates should be team players who understand how to identify a new market opportunity and want to grow with Comstock.

    Responsibilities

    •  Analyze current customer base to identify potential growth opportunities and secure repeat business
    • Cold call potential new clients to generate new revenue
    • Achieve revenue objectives on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
    • Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with management to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities
    • Develop and test unique business strategies and concepts
    • Build strong relationships with customers, outside business contacts, and company stakeholders
    • Review and communicate proposals and cost estimates to customers and stakeholders
    • Negotiate timelines and budgets
    • Collaborate with colleagues and peers on the sales, marketing, and product development teams to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction
    • Stay up-to-date on company best practices, policies, products, pricing, and promotions
    • Increase overall sales efficiency and profitability through excellent salesmanship
    • Analyze current and past financial data
    • Provide management with reporting

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
    • Minimum of 5-10 years sales experience selling environmental or engineering services
    • Proven track record of developing relationships and new business as well as exceeding revenue goals
    • Ability to understand and learn about new products and services and an ability to take that knowledge to generate new business for the new products and services
    • Ability to track and report projections for personal performance
    • Strong writing skills, and proven ability to produce well thought out presentations
    • Excellent time managements skills
    • Extremely detail-oriented
    • Comfortable with working remotely and in an unstructured environment
