  • Overview

    Responsible for scheduling, training, mentorship and coaching of a team of leasing consultants. Ensure maximum occupancy of rental units by managing the leasing process and resident retention through an exceptional customer experience.


    • Responsible for preparing monthly schedules for leasing team
    • Assist with the hiring and training of new leasing personnel
    • Provide ongoing mentorship and guidance to leasing team
    • Oversee completion of all necessary paperwork and ensure proper customer service
    • Coordinate promotions to increase traffic, tenants and maintain high occupancy
    • Manage ILS listings and all online marketing sources
    • Understand the local market by regularly shopping competitors
    • Inspect tour path, amenities, models and vacant apartments to ensure it meets company’s standards for touring
    • Stay up to date with leasing trends and best practices 
    • Meet and greet all customers, explaining benefits of community
    • Responsible for entire leasing process from lead generation to actual occupancy of each unit and customer service communications with tenants throughout their lease term
    • Market community within neighborhood
    • Manage social media platforms for community
    • Perform administrative duties as needed and necessary to complete leasing process
    • Assist Manager with other duties, as needed


    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 1 plus years’ experience in Property Management
    • Yardi experience a plus
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
    • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
    • Outgoing personality with ability to relate to diverse group of people
    • Self-motivated and high energy
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Detailed-oriented, organized and takes initiative
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
    • Ability to manage a team effectively
    • Positive attitude
    • Strong sense of urgency
