The Maintenance Technician Level III is responsible for all the plumbing, electrical, HVAC and painting at the community.


  • Protect and assist in improving the value of the client’s assets
  • Oversee Maintenance Technicians assigned to the building
  • Perform PM on unit based and building level equipment
  • Perform emergency on-call service in a rotation order established by the Chief Engineer
  • Provide Class “A” customer service
  • Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting
  • Repair and treat structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors
  • Make ready units for new moveā€ins
  • Have a working knowledge of HVAC systems and be able to maintain, repair and replace HVAC systems
  • Complete grounds work such as grounds pick up, sweeping and light landscaping


  • Maintenance Technician for 3 years
  • Building automation systems experience
  • Yardi experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • HVAC Certification (or ability to get certified within first 3 months) required
  • Current driver's license
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems in multi-family housing and mid to large size facility operations
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task and follow through
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to work effectively as a team contributor on applicable assignments

  • Ability to work after hours, as needed
